Operating within the high-value resale market, the brand focuses on authenticity, transparency, and timeless pieces — requiring a digital presence that reflects trust, exclusivity, and elevated perception.
For this project, we led a complete e-commerce evolution to refine the brand’s digital experience. The redesign focused on improving visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and overall cohesion to create a more premium and intentional interface. Beyond aesthetics, we integrated strategic functionalities including a visual condition bar to clearly communicate product status, flexible payment options with a 30% down payment alternative, and a cross-sell feature within the add-to-cart flow to support average order value. Every decision was made to strengthen brand perception, increase clarity, and support long-term growth through conversion-focused design.
